C A Brackett Photography

This is a special image that deserves some comment. Taken in severe fog and cloud, the head of the statue is receeding into the mist while the lower portion maintains its definition. I further enhanced this effect by removing a great deal of the gray cloud background, with the result shown above. This is printed as a color image, albeit mostly black and white, on a matte paper and framed with a very light gray border, not the black border and without the embedded text that is shown here . It is currently part of my own collection and I find it has grown on me. I do not consider this a religious image but an expression of the needs and hopes of humanity.
